Actions do not work

Hello My rasa bot understands the action, but It does not respond to the message ‘Hello world’ in the console output. What am I wrong?

My rasa version:

rasa-core (0.14.4)
rasa-core-sdk (0.14.0)
rasa-nlu (0.15.1)
rasa-sdk (1.2.0)

It seems you are running quite an old version of rasa core & nlu. do you mind upgrading to a version > 1.0? or is there a specific reason why you are using these old versions?
