I have created a new environment and install rasa==2.2.8 and rasa-sdk==2.2.0. Now, I want to install rasa-x but I have not been able to install it. I ran this command yesterday, but it is not over yet! I tested on two systems (Windows and Ubuntu) and both were unsuccessful. Found the solution here. pip has to be downgraded to 20.2.
