I worked for many years as an IT Manager in a large organisation. In my free time I recently completed an online Master’s degree in Web Science and Big Data from the University of Liverpool. My dissertation was about retraining strategies for chatbots.

I’m hoping to move career into the area of data science. I’m currently undertaking a voluntary project for a large government organisation producing a chatbot front-end to their public open data sets. After some false starts, I’ve decided to use rasa for this project.
