# Wrong response when i tried the API call

when i test the bot with rasa shell I get the proper response . when I do the same with API call i get the wrong answer like, it is not able to predict the next event. please, someone, help me how can fix this issue.

i get this error when i start the rasa process . is this calling the problem in preduction but wrong response with only api call not from rasa shell 2019-11-14 12:09:47.245202: E tensorflow/stream\_executor/cuda/cuda\_driver.cc:318] failed call to cuInit: UNKNOWN ERROR (303) Model: “sequential”

its the tensorflow and other related packages version compatibility issue. please make sure you have the required packages as in specified version
