Hi @Ghostvv Do you mean if we are certain in terms of the direction of the conversation and decide to use Mapping Policy it is not necessary to use Rule, TED or memorization policies? What about the fallback action? it still can be used right? For example, you are using buttons but still user types something unexpected. Then even though you are using Mapping Policy to prevent out of scope you can use Fall back right?
