What is DeLorean?

Hi I’m relatively new to Rasa. I would like to understand what is the meaning of the log statement “Launch DeLorean”?

I see this in my logs when I run rasa shell in debug mode -

2019-06-28 01:05:19 DEBUG rasa.core.policies.memoization - Launch DeLorean…

What causes this? What does this do? What purpose does this serve?
