Hello @juvanthomas it appears that @fede already responded to you on thread [How to give acces for users other than admin to localhost:5005/model/parse](http://forum.rasa.com/t/how-to-give-acces-for-users-other-than-admin-to-localhost-5005-model-parse/21383) so maybe continue the discussion there if you have questions still about his response. He already did answer you question stating this is only available to admins though.
