# Unable to receive message from slack

Hey!

I’m unable to receive message to chat\_app(chatroom\_handoff.html) from the slack and in the slack the messages are receiving from the chat\_app.

Is any middleware required for livechat?

Can someone help me out with a solution, how to fix it?

Hi,

I implemented same procedure, but still I can’t able to receive the message from the slack to chat app
