# Training from chat data

Are these chats from a bot or from conversations with a human? If it’s the first, you should set up [Rasa X](https://rasa.com/docs/rasa-x/) for getting NLU data from these very easily (you can even [connect an existing Rasa deployment](https://rasa.com/docs/rasa-x/installation-and-setup/deploy/#connect-an-existing-deployment))

If you don’t have a bot yet, you can use the messages your users have sent to start a bot of your own!
