While training my data I got this issue and I am not having the access to that file where I can paste the dll files. If anybody have any solution rather than that please share with me.

These seems to be more a Tensorflow issue than Rasa-related. Are you using tensorflow-gpu? I’ve just been searching for this error online and most seem to solve it by downgrading/upgrading to the recommended versions of CUDA etc. listed here

I reinstall all the things again for resolving this issue. I am not using tensorflow-gpu cos of that only facing many issues. There is also another solution for that we can download the DLL files and paste inside the System32/64 inside C Drive.
