Hi, I have created virtual env in pycharm and tried installing pip install rasa-x --extra-index-url [https://pypi.rasa.com/simple](https://pypi.rasa.com/simple)

but I am getting this error.

This looks like an issue with your python environment. I found a discussion of this issue on [stackoverflow](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/45954528/pip-is-configured-with-locations-that-require-tls-ssl-however-the-ssl-module-in) with solutions for Mac and Windows.
