# The server encountered an internal error and cannot complete the request

We are using rasa-x 0.38.0 and rasa 2.5.0, things were working fine for few weeks but suddenly started facing the above issue

On ~/api/health we are getting {“version”:“0.38.0”,“status”:“failure”,“message”:“See the server logs for more information.”,“reason”:“The server encountered an internal error and cannot complete the request.”,“details”:{},“help”:null,“code”:500}

We have deployed the rasa-x on EC2 and from docker ps I can see that rasa\_db-migration\_1 container keeps on restarting. The weird thing is the migration would have run the first time I upgraded to 38.0, so why I am facing this issue now? The rest of the containers are running fine

Can you share the logs from `rasa_db-migration_1`?

Since the container is always in an unstable state it keeps on restarting, unless it is running not sure how I will see the logs? I tried many times but was not able to see the logs, since it keeps restarting. I can share logs of other containers if that helps.
