Testers chat with wrong version of the bot

Looking at the conversations of testers with my bot in Rasa X, I realized that some of them went really bad. Analyzing them deeper I found out that they were talking with a very old version of the bot.

I thought that this can be due to the fact that they had an old link that I generated time ago. So how can I prevent this to happen? Is there a way to deactivate old links, or updating them to the last version of the bot?

Hi @tiziano, the link you share with testers has them talk to whatever model is marked as production at the time of talking to the bot. Is it possible that you had different active models for different testers?

I think it’s unlikely, since I don’t even know how you do that
