Start Point or Entry point in rasa sdk

Dears, Are there any start point or entry point in rasa SDK ? In my scenario, Just once the channel opened between the Bot and User I want to call services contain some configurations.


Hi @mohocp. Can you give an example of what you are trying to achieve? The SDK runs a custom action one the acton is predicted by the dialogue management so it’s all you need. However, if you want your bot to send a greeting or something like that once the user opens the chat, you can implement that, but it should come from your frontend

Thanks for reply @Juste My scenario, Once the channel is open with a user I want to call service, the service will inform me if the user has delayed tasks and then the bot will follow-up with user about the delayed tasks.
