# Slot\_mapping in rasa

Can slot\_mapping method in rasa has more slots than required\_slots ? I am making a bot where i am making a generic form action which can handle dynamic slots. I want to know if i can have more slots in slot\_mapping than slots i have mentioned in required\_slots. Please help

Hey @indranil180. Not exactly sure if I understand your question. With slot mapping you can map all the slots that are handled by your form. Can you give me an actual example of what you are trying to achieve?
