I am new to RASA and want to use the Voicebot to validate whether a client actually uses a certain service like when a client uses a barbershop I need to validate whether this client truly uses the barber services so I can send a notification link to this client regarding this service. Is it possible to use the voice bot through RASA to achieve that?
You can basically write any piece of code in an Action, so yes, this is very well possible.
