# Send pdf file to rasa-bot

Is it possible to send files to the bot? how ? I don’t know if it is possible for the bot to receive and read it.

hi! it depends on which channel you are using for your bot. For example, Telegram let you do this [Uploading and Downloading Files](https://core.telegram.org/api/files)

hi! I’m using facebook messenger
