# Running rasa x says "Sorry, something went wrong"

Sorry, something went wrong (see error above). Make sure to start Rasa X with valid data and valid domain and config files. Please, also check any warnings that popped up. If you need help fixing the issue visit our forum: [http://forum.rasa.com/](http://forum.rasa.com/).

To help you, you need to provide a little more information please:

- at which point did this happen in Rasa X?
- what did you that lead to the error?
- Are their any logs from Rasa X until this point which you can share?

That was an issue because there was another rasa-x sever was running. Thanks @Tobias_Wochinger
