# Retrieve user\_id from Facebook messenger

Hello everybody, how to retrieve the Facebook user\_id from Messenger in Rasa Tracker, so I can retrieve the profile’s name or other informations about the contact. The tracker’s sender\_id is not the same of Facebook’s profile user\_id.

Is it part of the request that comes in from facebook? You could print the request that comes into the webhook in the facebook input channel to see.
