Rephrase in twostagefallback not working

I am using twostagefallback policy, in which when the user choses something else then I trigger a rephrase, but it does not seem to work

  • which Rasa Open Source version are you using
  • did you overwrite the actions of the TwoStageFallbackPolicy and if so, how?

Hi, I’m using rasa version 1.10 I took the sara: rasa project as reference to overwrite the action.
