# Rasa x is not working

@ramyanarwa yes you need to activate every time and then you need to go to project folder and then run commands rasa shell or rasa run actions or rasa x.

@ramyanarwa check my above solution thread [updated] which I recommend please or see the video link have shared.

@nik202 I have changed the rasa x version and rasa x opened up.
