# Rasa x gives error

kindly advice… the below message appears when i run rasa x

## Something went wrong

Request failed with status code 401

Rasa Version : 2.8.17 Minimum Compatible Version: 2.8.9 Rasa SDK Version : 2.8.6 Rasa X Version : 1.0.0 Python Version : 3.7.6 Operating System : Windows-10-10.0.19041-SP0

You should not try to use Rasa X. Maintenance and support ended in June of 2022. You can read about that [here](https://forum.rasa.com/t/changes-to-the-rasa-x-community-edition-free-version/53650).
