# Rasa X can't connect to action server

Hi. I’m not able to reach my action server on rasa x even after following the steps in the [docs](https://rasa.com/docs/rasa-x/installation-and-setup/customize/#connecting-a-custom-action-server)

my rasa-production logs below :
