# Rasa X 1.1 giving "An error occurred while handling an error" on launch

Hi everyone I am using rasa == 3.0.0 and rasa-x == 1.1. I installed rasa-x with this command

```auto
python -m pip install rasa-x==1.1 --extra-index-url https://pypi.rasa.com/simple

```

Whenever i run rasa x it launches a new browser window with a message “An error occurred while handling an error” This is all i see on my terminal

Can someone please help

Try to use rasa v 2.8.27 with rasa-x v1.0.1 In this moment (09/04/2022) I think this is the best combination

I have some python package incompatibility issue with rasa 3.0 and rasa-x 1.1 End rasa-x 1.1 with rasa 2.8.27

I thing rasa X still not support for rasa 3.x.x

Btw, verify your Rasa installation still working after the rasa-x installation

thanks @itsjhonny i donwgraded the version. I can now launch rasa x just well
