Hello everyone!

Right now I have connected my bot to Rocket Chat and it works perfectly fine with the Outgoing Webhook. My problem right now is that I want to use Livechat. The bot is automatically connected to user as soon as the user starts the conversation but the bot does not reply. Unfortunately I was not able to solve the problem.

Has anyone an idea why the bot can’t answer via Livechat?

Thanks in advance
