Hi @sunilskn. You should be able to use the rest api in your custom actions. [Here](https://rasa.com/docs/rasa/core/actions/#custom-actions-written-in-python) you can find some documentation and examples on that. To help you more specifically, I would have to know what api are you planning to use and what for.
