# Rasa with chatwoot plateform

We have developed rasa chatbot, its working fine. But now we want to integrate rasa chatbot with chatwoot plaform in such way if rasa engine not able to handle any user query so this is passed to chatwoot system, and then chatwoot agent reply to rasa engine and then rasa pass this message to user.
