Hi everyone , I’m brand new to the forum and I hope my question isn’t too dumb. Can anyone tell me what support options are available with the RASA NLU solution ( or how to go about getting support or a support agreement)- I’m working with my solution architect who is going to use the RASA NLU as part of a solution and I need to udnerstand how to get support in case we need it in the future…Thanks Jeff
Hey @jeffcarabez. From OSS perpective, you can always get help here, on the forum. The community helps figuring out a lot of technical issues here and we, Rasa team, are doing our best to answer as many questions as possible too. In addition to that, GitHub should be the place to report bugs.
