I have seen that when number of users increases, responses from rasa server becomes slow. Is there any way to fix that? Or how can i remove any session when somebody is done with his/her chatting with the bot.

Do you happen to have any data showing your tests and how many users you had interacting and what the specs of the env Rasa was running on?
