Hello Everyone, I am building a chat bot which ask specific questions to users and provide some feedback. To get the “input” I am using “rasa form”.

To be precise I am asking 3 questions to users and filling the slots from those free text. Now during the information gathering by **FORM** , i want to terminate the dialogue flow or opt out of the conversation, by typing a keyword like - ‘end’ or ‘stop’. I have been following this article to achieve this functionality.[Step 6](https://blog.rasa.com/building-contextual-assistants-with-rasa-formaction/)

But could not achieve so.

From the story you can see i am asking three questions to user and trying to end the communication by typing “end” for any of them. But the core doesn’t fire the “ **- utter\_ask\_continue** ” while it is able to run the next part of the story like actions\_deactivate\_form and utter\_end message.

Please let me know what I am missing ?
