Rasa Fallback Policy not being triggered when confidence is under the treshold

I’m trying to set a simple fallback, but it isn’t triggering the fallback action. Any idea why?

That’s the debug info I’m getting. I wonder if the problem is related to the message “Action ‘action_default_fallback’ ended with events '[<rasa.core.events.UserUtteranceReverted object…”
