Hi. I studying rasa engine that will make chatbot about our company.

My question is that I saw a post on the Rasa forum stating that the Rasa engine can handle up to 20 requests per second.

I would like to understand if the statement of handling 20 requests per second means 20 requests in a full second, or if it refers to handling 20 requests within each millisecond when converted to milliseconds.

My version rasa-nlu==0.11.5 rasa-core==0.8.6 rasa-sdk==3.6.1 rasa==3.6.2

python== 3.9.7
