# Rasa core dont train

hello rasa friends i have a issue , i upgrade rasa for the last version and i create a new bot from zero

the issue is when i train the bot the cmd give me a error that say can´t import layer but when i check my pip list the layer library is on it

if have something to they you can help me i´ll appreciate it
