If I use pip install rasa_core==“rasa_core_version”, does the rasa.exe gets installed? After finishing the rasa_core installation with above command, “rasa init” gives error “rasa is not recoginized as intername or external command.” Is is mandatory to use pip install rasa==“rasa version”?
