# Rasa Community in Vancouver!

Hello, This is a first message to call everyone in Vancouver. I am happy to start collaborating with local folks from Vancouver to start a Rasa chapter. can we configure rasa, if a person types Hi name, @name, or Hello name rasa should not respond.
