Rasa classifies random input as intents with high probability

any update on this thread? I face exactly same situation here. when we use rasa 2.8 to replace the rasa nlu 0.13.7.

Facing same situation… I cant believe no one knows a good way to handle this

Actually, this shouldnt even happen! I type ‘.’ and I get: Received user message ‘.’ with intent ‘{‘name’: ‘affirm’, ‘confidence’: 0.9790935516357422}’ and entities ‘[]’… Intent Affirm??? Really??? A full stop???

I know I can make a out of scope intent or thrash intent with this kind of message. But I cant cover every single out of scope word… Wtf

Any updates on this? Getting the same issue.
