Rasa Bot responding empty array when multiple users are interacting simultaneously

I have a bot designed with rasa stack versions 0.14.4 (nlu) & 0.13.2 (core) . Bot works fine when a single user queries it at a time. But when multiple user’s starts talking to the bot at a single time , Bot starts giving reply “[]” .
