hello, I have found several posts ( [1](https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/ruby-memory-use) , [2](https://github.com/brianc/node-forky/issues/8#issuecomment-250636308) and [3](https://medium.com/sohoffice/fighting-the-heroku-error-r14-memory-quota-exceeded-issue-593b7f611ffa) ) that mention setting the WEB\_MEMORY and WEB\_CONCURRENCY variables. I have tried the following commands but have not been able to solve it. Does anyone have more information about this error?

```auto
heroku config:set WEB_MEMORY=512
heroku config:set WEB_CONCURRENCY=1
```
