@samsham I am interested in this as well. I have a production ready bot working on text/sms but I would like to expand the same bot onto facebook, whatsapp etc. Did you ever find any more information on this? For example, do we need a separate connector or do we just add the existing (facebook/whatsapp) connectors on the config.yml file? …I guess a simple case would be to have multiple bots sharing the same memory tracker but this could be a little inefficient …Interested to hear what you found out from this question.
