Hi, I started learning rasa recently so this question might be too easy for most people. Please don’t be harsh on me. So I’m trying to take numerical data as input from the user, but have failed to do so. I browsed through the rasa documentation but didn’t find anything useful. Mentioning the relevant snippets from domain.yml and nlu.yml.

nlu.yml

- intent: number\_of\_people examples: |
  - We are [[6]] (number) people
  - We are a group of [[8]] (number) people

domain.yml entities:

- number

slots:

number:

```
type: float
 min_value: 1.0
 max_value: 12.0
```

Hi @WhiteDevil

You can use any of the below entity extractor to extract numerical values.

- Duckling HTTP extractor - [Components](https://rasa.com/docs/rasa/components#ducklinghttpextractor)
- Regex Entity extractor - [Components](https://rasa.com/docs/rasa/components#regexentityextractor)
