Issue while executing requirements.txt

I am executing requirement.txt for installation of rasa stack on windows server 2012 R2. but it’s giving me error stack.

Did you install Microsoft Visual Studios Build Tools?

@Nikki is right. Checkout the Windows pre-requisites here.
