Hi there, I’m Joanna from Montreal, senior business/tech analyst at National Bank of Canada. I’m part of a team that integrates and manages Chatbots in our company. We use a platform built on top of the Rasa framework. I’m mainly involved in day-to-day management of our bots content, deployment of improved models, quality assurance, asset management/CMDB, requests (demands/bugs) management, processes improvement and requirements analysis. I’m continuously looking for ways to improve the management of our chatbots performance and quality and while I have a non technical background, I love to develop my technical skills whenever I have the opportunity.
