I want to trigger a intent from a custom action.How can I do that??

Hi! Have you considered using slots in your custom actions to drive the dialog management?

I believe you can silently trigger an intent by sending your assistant /intent_name. The “Channel Specific Responses” section here has an example w/ buttons: Domains
