# ImportError: cannot import name 'QueueOutputChannel' from 'rasa.core.channels.channel'

Hi guys!. I have this error but I can’t seem to find a solution 😕

```auto
 from rasa.core.channels.channel import QueueOutputChannel, CollectingOutputChannel
ImportError: cannot import name 'QueueOutputChannel' from 'rasa.core.channels.channel'

```

```auto
Rasa Version : 3.4.2
Minimum Compatible Version: 3.0.0
Rasa SDK Version : 3.4.1
Python Version : 3.10.10
Operating System : Windows-10-10.0.22621-SP0

```

In my case I use poetry to manage my packages:
