How to use conversation history for current statement?

How to build a bot which can answer this kind of question:

Human: What's the weather in London?
Bot: 33° Partly sunny and very hot; extreme heat can be dangerous for outdoor activities 
Human: And what about Paris?
Bot: 33° Very warm with clouds and sunshine

Based on snips data we’ve created bot that returns below intents. For first sentence rasa returns GetWeather intent correctly. But for second it fails miserably…
