How to trigger knowledge base manually?

I have an assistant that will ask which Major the user care about scholarship. Then give the scholarship info based on which Major the user want to know.

I don’t know what’s the best way to handle this line of question.

The conversation usually go like this:

  • user: I want to know about scholarships
  • bot: These are the general scholarships for every major. Which specific major do you care about?
  • user: Machine Learning
  • bot: Machine Learning has scholarship for students with >9.0 …
