# How to install SSL for RASA X in 2020?

Hi there

I follow this guide to install SSL for RASA X.

However, after that both my http and https URLs are not being accessible any more and my rasa page does not load. The browser displays “Failed to open page”.

I also noted that I need to turn off the ufw firewall during the certificate generation which is also not mentioned in the linked guide. Does anyone have a good guide on how to make the SSL work with rasa and docker?
