Thanks for this great software. We want to handoff to a human agent based on unique session of each conversation, in one of the following cases:
- When the user clicks on handoff button (manual request).
- When the bot doesn’t know how to answer or proceed further.
- Human can see the conversations in real time and intervene if needed.
Noting that we already checked financial/helpdesk bots switching solution (it’s not our goal), and chatroom (we don’t know if it separates conversations based on session/sender id).
How can we do that step by step?
