# How to connect Rasa with Intercom?

Hello, I am using Rasa 3 and I wanted to know if it was possible to connect RASA with Intercom in the same way that we do with other channels like slack?

There’s not an existing channl for this. Create a custom channel. There’s an old [post](http://forum.rasa.com/t/rasa-with-intercom-channel/2864/7) on this.
