How to add more product ID's to the rasa ,the bot does not seem to recognize the ID's sometimes

I am having a bit of trouble in that.I am using supervised embeddings.This is the bot I have been working on,where if I give the product id it is supposed to be giving the relevant description,but sometimes it backfires by giving funny replies into which it is not mapped and sometimes abruptly says bye and terminates!And one more thing is we have 100’s of products with product ID like these

WAC740 WAC730-Business 3 x 3 Wireless-AC,WAC720 WAC720-Business 2 x 2 Wireless-AC and WAC720

In some cases it does not recognize it totally or even if changed by a single character?

How to address these issues?
